Oh, you have reminded me: junior high library this afternoon, there's a big poster for books with KICK-BUTT GIRLS. And it's three of your books, front and center. It absolutely thrilled me to see it.

We just finished "Dealing with Dragons" with The Cheat, who's six. I was impressed with how well he took to the story, so we're doing the sequels with him. I think he's still a bit young for the Tortall books, but I'm hoping in a year or two.

(We read "Mathilda" to him last year, but we've mostly avoided Dahl's other books thus far. We may possibly touch "James" this summer, now that you've reminded me of it.)
